Esri's ArcGIS reads project data out of the Autodesk cloud: ArcGIS Pro imports CAD and BIM data held in the Autodesk Construction Cloud document environment, and ArcGIS GeoBIM puts that Autodesk project data into geospatial context in a browser without copying it into a GIS format first. One-way — the geospatial layer consumes the CDE's drawings and models; nothing is written back into Forma Data Management.
