Bluebeam Revu (manual)
The Bluebeam plug-in for Revit installs into the Revit ribbon and converts Revit sheets and 3D views to PDFs (including 3D PDFs) with preserved vector quality, layers, bookmarks, and sheet metadata. Revit Rooms/Areas can be exported as Bluebeam Spaces for downstream punch-list and takeoff workflows in Revu.
