Oracle Primavera P6 → Navisworks (TimeLiner data source)

Navisworks TimeLiner takes a Primavera P6 schedule as a data source and links its activities to objects in the federated model for 4D sequencing and 5D cost simulation. Autodesk documents three routes: the Primavera Project Management 6–8 data source (needs the PPM product and ADO installed alongside Navisworks), P6 Web Services, which Autodesk notes is markedly faster for synchronising, and plain MPX export. Schedule dates and activity structure flow into Navisworks; nothing is written back to P6.
