QuickBooks Online Projects, Employees and 1099-flagged Vendors sync into Raken as Projects, Workers and contractor records — matched once during CS-managed setup, automatic for anything new afterwards. Payroll Items and Service Items can optionally be imported as Raken Pay Types and Cost Codes (import-only; QBO's single company-wide Service Item list means cost codes always land as company-level). Completed time cards sync back to QuickBooks Online as Time Activities carrying pay type and cost code. Requires QuickBooks Online Plus, Advanced, or Intuit Enterprise Suite.
