Vista pushes reference data into Raken every 30 minutes — JC Job Master as Projects, JC Job Phases as Cost Codes, PR Employees as Workers, PR Craft and PR Class concatenated as Classifications, PR Earnings Codes as Pay Types — so field entry is coded against real accounting records. Completed time cards go the other way on demand, landing in Vista as a new PR Time Card Batch Entry for payroll to review and post.
