How Roofr and QuickBooks Online exchange data

Roofr exports contacts, catalog items, invoices and payment data to QuickBooks Online. Users connect from the Integrations section of the Roofr dashboard through a QuickBooks OAuth handshake. Roofr then reads the connected QuickBooks chart of accounts and tax codes to set default income, tax and discount accounts applied to every export. The sync is one-way from Roofr to QuickBooks and nothing flows back into Roofr. Exports are manual rather than automated. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported and the feature is limited to US businesses. Currently in beta on Roofr's Scale plan.
