Enlaye is a Boston-based startup building an AI-native "Risk Lifecycle Management" platform for the built world, helping builders, owners, developers and insurers identify, assess and mitigate project risk from bid review through construction and turnover. Founded in 2023 by Philippe Rival and Stamatios Liapis and incubated at Harvard Innovation Labs, it raised a $5M seed round (Glasswing Ventures, Link Ventures) after a $1.7M pre-seed, and says its software is used on more than $17B of projects across the US, Canada and Europe.
