QXO is a North American distributor of roofing, waterproofing, insulation, siding, lumber and other exterior building products, serving contractors and homebuilders from about 1,150 locations across the U.S. and Canada. It was built by Brad Jacobs through the acquisitions of Beacon Roofing Supply (2025), Kodiak Building Partners (April 2026) and TopBuild (July 2026), and runs a digital ordering platform with open APIs used by roofing and construction software vendors.
