About
Agave AI Analytics turns a plain-English prompt into an interactive construction report built live from a contractor's ERP and project-management data. It reads across 11 construction ERPs plus Procore and Autodesk (Forma) Build through Agave's own connection layer, returning dashboards with charts, drill-downs and the calculation behind every figure — WIP, over/under-billing, budget vs. actual, subcontract status, schedule of values, AR billing history and cross-system AP/AR reconciliation. It is read-only by design: it can never create, edit or delete records in a connected system, and employee and payroll data is excluded at the integration level so it cannot be queried. Sold standalone or bundled with the rest of Agave's financial-operations suite.
How teams use it
By audience
- Executive Leadership
- Ask for a WIP or cash-position report in plain English and get a live dashboard back, without queuing work with a BI team.
- Portfolio numbers come from the ERP and PM systems directly, so no spreadsheet consolidation step sits between the data and the decision.
- Every figure carries the calculation behind it one click away, which is what makes an AI-built number usable in a leadership meeting.
- Accounting & Finance
- Runs budget-vs-actual, over/under-billing and AR aging straight off the ERP with no export step.
- Reconciles AP and AR across the ERP and the PM system instead of manually diffing two screens.
- Read-only access means finance can open the data up for reporting without any risk of a write back into the ledger.
- Project Manager
- Job-cost and budget reports blend Procore or Autodesk Build project data with the ERP's financials in one view.
- Subcontract status and schedule-of-values reporting per job, pulled live rather than rebuilt each month.
- Reports can reference jobs, vendors, PMs and cost codes by name, so a PM asks for their own projects rather than filtering a company-wide report.
- General Contracting
- Standardises custom reporting across whichever accounting and PM systems the business runs, including after an acquisition leaves two ERPs in place.
- Surfaces outliers nobody queried for — PO outliers by superintendent, profit by cost code, expense burn rate.
- Specialty Contracting
- Sold to trade contractors from roughly $5M revenue upward, not only to large GCs, so a specialty contractor gets cross-system reporting without a BI budget.
- Labour cost per project and cost-code profitability come out of the ERP the trade already runs.
By phase
- Construction
- During construction, teams track budget vs. actual and committed cost in live dashboards as invoices and subcontract billings post.
- Over/under-billing and WIP are recalculated from current ERP data rather than from a month-old snapshot.
- Cross-system AP/AR reconciliation catches discrepancies between the ERP and the PM system while the job is still running.
