About
Arcoro Onboarding (part of the Arcoro Hire module) is a construction-specific employee onboarding solution that digitizes new-hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, tax forms, safety acknowledgments, certification uploads, and policy sign-offs. It's part of Arcoro's broader construction HCM platform and connects to ERPs (Acumatica, Sage 300 CRE / Intacct, Foundation, Vista, CMiC) so new hires automatically appear in the accounting and project systems.
