MindCloud's fully-managed integration between Aspire (operations) and Oracle NetSuite (finance). Customer and property records created or updated in Aspire are reflected in NetSuite, carrying contact details, parent-child relationships, billing context and assigned sales reps. Vendor records maintained in NetSuite sync back into Aspire. Completed Aspire invoices push into NetSuite in its accounting structure, with mapped divisions, items, tax settings, payment terms and sales assignments, and an existing invoice is updated rather than duplicated. Credit memos and payments move both ways. Approved purchase receipts and purchase credits in Aspire land in NetSuite as vendor bills and vendor credits. MindCloud scopes, builds, launches and maintains the connection.
