By audience

General Contracting

• Contractors replace paper site diaries, risk assessments, toolbox talks and timesheets with mobile forms built in a drag-and-drop designer.
• Site data triggers updates in office systems, so nobody rekeys it into payroll or job costing.

IT & Systems Administration

• IT teams connect forms and workflows to existing back-office systems with low-code connectors instead of writing integrations in-house.
• Role-based permissions, version control and approval automation govern who sees and edits project documents.

Owner/Developer

• Councils and asset owners digitise timesheets, approvals, inspections and work orders for their own field teams. Durham County Council started with operative timesheets.
• Asset inspections pull up the equipment's manuals and history before the inspector records the check.

Safety Management

• Safety teams capture near misses, accident reports, COSHH and risk assessments on site and route them for follow-up.
• Email and SMS reminders make sure assigned safety actions are completed.

By phase

Closeout & Operations

• Maintenance teams record defects, asset inspections and completed work orders with photos and signatures.
• Managers watch real-time dashboards across operations to spot trends in faults and inspections.
