About
Commondo ePPM Integration Suite keeps project schedules in step between SAP (S/4HANA PPM, PS and PM) and Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project Server or Jira. Premade workflows run a full or segmented project sync, map a Primavera WBS onto an SAP PPM task in both directions, and can carry time-distributed spread data. It runs on SAP Cloud Integration and Commondo's own integration platform and is sold through the SAP Store.
How teams use it
By audience
- Scheduler
- Planners keep building the detailed schedule in Primavera P6 while WBS progress rolls up into the matching SAP PPM task.
- Time-distributed spread data from Primavera can be synced to SAP, so resource and cost curves do not have to be re-keyed.
- Owner/Developer
- Owner-operators running SAP Plant Maintenance can plan multi-order shutdown, turnaround and outage (STO) work in Primavera and feed it back to SAP.
- Portfolio owners see Primavera-scheduled project status inside SAP PPM without a manual export.
- Project Manager
- A project and its WBS created in SAP PPM are generated in Primavera automatically, so the schedule starts from the approved structure.
- Segmented sync lets a project manager push only part of a project instead of the whole plan.
- IT & Systems Administration
- Deployed as SAP Cloud Integration iFlows from the SAP Business Accelerator Hub package rather than a custom point-to-point build.
- The same workflow set also links SAP PS/PM/PPM to MS Project Server, Jira, Redmine and other REST-enabled systems.
By phase
- Pre-Construction
- The SAP PPM to Primavera iFlow creates the project and WBS in P6 from SAP tasks, giving schedulers a baseline structure before work starts.
- Construction
- During execution, aggregated Primavera WBS progress updates the linked SAP PPM tasks so the ERP view tracks the live schedule.
- Closeout & Operations
- Maintenance teams plan SAP PM shutdown, turnaround and outage work orders as a Primavera schedule and sync the result back to SAP.
