About
CrossConnect is a managed integration suite that connects Coupa procurement and expense data with ERP and HCM systems, including Sage Intacct, Workday and QuickBooks Online. Its Sage Intacct connector sends suppliers, GL accounts and dimensions from Sage Intacct to Coupa, and posts approved supplier invoices, expense reports, corporate card transactions and CoupaPay payments back to Sage Intacct, with Sage Intacct payments returned to Coupa as payment history. CrossCountry Consulting hosts, monitors and maintains each connector through Coupa and Sage Intacct upgrades, under an annual license.

- Receive approved Coupa supplier invoices in Sage Intacct as AP bills without re-keying, on a schedule as frequent as every 15 minutes.
- Post approved Coupa expense reports and corporate card spend to Sage Intacct as AP bills, expense reports or credit card transactions.
- Keep Sage Intacct as the record for GL accounts and dimensions, which the connector pushes into Coupa as lookup values for coding.
- Return Sage Intacct and CoupaPay payments to the other system so payment status matches and AP reconciliation shrinks.
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Have Sage Intacct vendors and primary contacts created as Coupa suppliers, so buyers raise requisitions and POs against one supplier master.
- Code Coupa requisitions and purchase orders against the entities, departments, locations and GL accounts held in Sage Intacct.
- Pick only the connector flows the procurement process needs, since the suite is sold a la carte and supports multi-entity and multi-currency setups.
