Jobber auto-drafts a Docusign envelope from a chosen template when a quote is sent, a quote is approved, or a job is created. Jobber writes document custom fields into the Docusign template — client name, email, company, phone, property address, quote number/title/total, job number/title/total — so agreements self-populate. Envelope status (Draft → Sent → Delivered → Completed / Declined / Voided) is written back onto the Jobber quote or job, alongside a link out to view the envelope in Docusign.
