Easy Takeoffs
About
Easy Takeoffs is browser-based construction takeoff software for measuring lengths, areas, counts and angles on PDF plan sets. AI names each sheet from its title block and reads the drawing scale, so the estimator only has to confirm it. Full-plan search finds text across every sheet, including scanned ones, and symbol search counts every repeat of a symbol from one boxed example. Measurements are organized into color-coded groups, and assembly templates convert them into material quantities with waste factors. Results export as an annotated PDF with a takeoff summary, or as a CSV.
