Jobber syncs clients, products and services, invoices, payments (with refunds, tips and Jobber Payments payout reconciliation) and approved timesheets one way into QuickBooks Online, continuously and automatically. Jobber is the source of truth: clients and items no longer sync back, and invoice "paid" status no longer returns from QuickBooks. The one exception is a single optional onboarding import that brings existing QuickBooks customers and items into Jobber once, with a duplicate-resolution step. Approved Jobber timesheets land as QuickBooks time activities for payroll runs.
