ServiceNow is a pre-integrated application in the Microsoft Entra gallery, with Microsoft-published guides for both SAML single sign-on and automatic user provisioning. Staff raise and work tickets in ServiceNow with their Microsoft 365 credentials under Conditional Access, and Entra ID creates, updates and deactivates ServiceNow users and groups over SCIM.
