Followup CRM's Outlook add-in pushes information from an Outlook email straight into the construction CRM — creating or updating a contact, company, or project record and carrying the email's attachments across — and automatically logs the message as activity against the right project. In the other direction, mail sent from Followup CRM goes out through Outlook and is auto-assigned to the matching contact, company, and project ID, and calendar events and reminders sync between the two.
