About
Microsoft Outlook is the email, calendar, contacts, and task client in Microsoft 365, shipped as a Windows/Mac desktop app, a web client, and mobile apps. On AEC projects it acts as the correspondence system of record — bid invitations, RFIs, submittals, owner approvals, and change notifications all move through it — and AEC platforms hook into it with Outlook add-ins that file a message into the project record or raise a structured item from it. Its mail, calendar, and contacts data is programmable through the Microsoft Graph Outlook APIs.
