OpenRoads Designer (manual)

OpenRoads Designer is built on the MicroStation platform and stores all civil data in DGN files. MicroStation 2D/3D graphics and reference models are consumed directly in OpenRoads (e.g. converting MicroStation graphics into civil geometry, referencing terrain and geometry DGN models), and OpenRoads corridor/civil DGN models open and reference natively in MicroStation. Native DGN model exchange in both directions.
