Oracle's integrated cost and schedule management ties Primavera Unifier's cost breakdown structure to the work breakdown structure in Primavera P6. P6 EPPM activities are brought into Unifier's Activity Sheet, where cost codes on the Unifier Cost Sheet are assigned to them, and the time-phased baseline Unifier forecasts against is fed by P6. That lets owners run schedule-based cash flow curves, earned value management and rules-of-credit progress measurement inside Unifier, and lets project managers see the schedule impact of a proposed change alongside its cost impact without opening the scheduling tool or waiting for the scheduler to publish an update.
