PowerAI is Buzz Solutions' visual-AI platform for electric-utility infrastructure inspection. It ingests imagery from drones, helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft and static cameras, matches each image to the specific structure it belongs to, and runs 50+ pre-trained models to detect asset defects, damage and vegetation encroachment, ranking findings by severity so maintenance crews work the highest-risk assets first. Coverage spans transmission lines, distribution networks, substations and utility-scale solar; the vendor cites throughput of 25,000+ images an hour and ~0.6s per image against 1–2 minutes for manual review. A companion product, PowerGUARD, applies the same analytics to live thermal and RGB CCTV feeds for substation security and anomaly alerting.
