A one-way push from Housecall Pro into QuickBooks Desktop over the QuickBooks Web Connector, run on demand or on a timed auto-run. Jobs sync when marked Finished, when an invoice is sent, and when marked Paid, carrying customer name, address, service date, line items and tax rates; customer "bills to" updates and all payments follow, with payments landing in Undeposited Funds. Inventory items and multiple tax codes are not supported, card-processing fees need a manual journal entry, and jobs imported rather than created in Housecall Pro do not sync at all.
