ClearSync AP, built by ClearPlan Consulting and delivered through Trimble App Xchange, automates the flow of Ramp credit-card transactions, AP invoices, bills and optional payment data into Viewpoint Spectrum, and supports ERP-driven purchase-order sync back into Ramp for matching against bills and card transactions. It maps existing reviewer groups to enforce tiered approval workflows by job, giving project-driven contractors coded transactions and a faster month-end close.
