About
Ramp is a corporate card and spend-management platform that automates expense coding, bill pay and procurement for construction and A/E back offices. Its accounting layer syncs transactions, reimbursements, vendor bills, payments and purchase orders in real time to 40+ ERPs, including Sage Intacct, Acumatica, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Xero and Dynamics 365 Business Central, and reaches the construction ERPs Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum, Viewpoint Vista and Sage 300 CRE through partner-built connectors. Cards carry per-job and per-vendor spend limits, and receipts can be captured by SMS, email or mobile app at the supply house.

- Runs 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts and invoices and reconciles balances against the ERP before month-end close.

- Procurement & Purchasing
- Routes purchase requests through tiered approvals and issues a card or PO against the approved amount.
- Creates vendors once in Bill Pay and pushes them into the ERP vendor list instead of maintaining two supplier records.
- Pulls ERP purchase orders back into Ramp so card spend and vendor bills match against the original commitment.
- Foreman / Field Supervisor
- Buys materials on a card with per-job and per-vendor limits instead of petty cash or a personal card reimbursed weeks later.
- Sends the receipt by SMS, email or mobile app at the supply house, so the transaction is coded before it reaches accounting.
