Rental Leak
About
Rental Leak tracks the equipment and temporary jobsite services a contractor rents from outside vendors, such as lifts, dumpsters, fencing and portable toilets. Crews scan a rental agreement, and the app projects each billing cycle and warns three days, one day and on the day before a rental rolls into another period. Field staff mark each rental KEEP or request off-rent, and the office sends the vendor an Off-Rent Notice and records the return. Vendor invoices are checked against the agreement, split across subcontractors by days used, and sent to QuickBooks Online as Bills. The same app also holds owned equipment, project tasks and daily logs, on web, iOS and Android.
