SAP's own packaged integration keeps the CRM and the ERP in step across the quote-to-order boundary: sales orders, sales contracts and account updates replicate from Salesforce into SAP S/4HANA, and sales orders, accounts, product master data, sales prices, order history and product availability replicate back out of the ERP into Salesforce. Two packages cover it — one for S/4HANA on-premise 1909 and above, one for S/4HANA Cloud 2011 and above.
