SmartPM's Procore app reads the CPM schedule files (Primavera P6 XER or Microsoft Project MPP) already stored in a project's Procore Schedule tool and runs them through SmartPM's analytics engine — schedule quality grading and corrections, delay analysis, Schedule Compression Index, Schedule Performance Index, Project Health Index, and forecasted completion date — then surfaces the results in a full-screen workspace embedded inside Procore. SmartPM checks each Procore project for new schedule files, imports them, runs the analysis automatically, and emails the team when it completes. One-way (Procore → SmartPM): schedules are pulled from Procore for analysis and SmartPM does not write results back into Procore's tools, exporting instead to Excel, P6, and MS Project. Requires the Procore Schedule tool plus a separate SmartPM license.
