About

Tenderd is an AI-powered fleet and heavy-equipment management platform that pairs IoT telematics with analytics for machine location, utilisation, fuel burn, emissions, operator safety and predictive maintenance. Construction, energy and ports operators use it to see cost-per-hour and idle time for every excavator, crane, generator and truck, schedule servicing before breakdowns, and reallocate plant across active sites. An AI layer (ORCA) flags underutilised assets and idle-time waste and surfaces recommended actions in real time.

How teams use it

By audience

Construction Management
  • Sees cost-per-hour and true utilisation for every excavator, crane and generator, so idle machines get released off a site instead of billing against the job.
  • Reallocates plant between concurrent projects from the Equipment Allocation forecasts rather than the yard manager's spreadsheet.
  • Compares hire-vs-own cost per asset to decide whether to extend a rental or move owned equipment across sites.
  • Schedules servicing off predictive-maintenance alerts so it lands around the programme instead of after a breakdown stops the work face.
Superintendent
  • Confirms on a live map which machines are on site and inside their geofence before the day's works start.
  • Checks engine hours and idle time per machine to reconcile plant-hire invoices at month end.
  • Gets breakdown-risk alerts on critical plant — cranes, generators, welding sets — before it halts a lift or a pour.
Safety Management
  • Reviews AI-detected incidents and unsafe operator behaviour captured from equipment and in-cab sensors.
  • Runs operator-level performance and compliance reporting for toolbox talks and client HSE audits.
  • Uses geofence-breach alerts to catch equipment entering exclusion zones on a live site.
Executive Leadership
  • Reads fleet profitability across sites from the BI & Reports dashboards — which assets earn and which drag margin.
  • Reports CO2 and fuel reduction against client ESG and national sustainability commitments using the Emissions module.
  • Benchmarks utilisation against targets before approving new plant capex or additional hires.

By phase

Construction
  • Monitors plant location, engine hours and fuel burn day to day across active work faces.
  • Triggers preventive maintenance from machine-specific history so downtime stays off the critical path.
  • Reports site-level CO2 and idling emissions for client and regulator compliance during the build.
  • Reallocates underused machines between sites as the works sequence moves.
