One of five HR and payroll platforms MindCloud lists as supported for its fully-managed Aspire integration. New hires, terminations and employee updates flow from UKG into Aspire, carrying job titles, branch assignments, pay rates and access credentials, so Aspire user access, job roles and security permissions stay current without manual admin. Time worked, pay rates and job classifications sync from Aspire out to UKG for payroll processing, and employee identifiers, pay codes and pay schedules are kept consistent in both directions. MindCloud runs discovery, setup, testing and ongoing support.
