ClearSync AP, built by ClearPlan Consulting and delivered through Trimble App Xchange, automates the flow of Ramp credit-card transactions, AP invoices, bills and optional payment data into Viewpoint Vista, and syncs Vista purchase orders back into Ramp for matching against bills and card transactions. It maps existing reviewer groups to enforce tiered approval workflows by job, reducing manual entry and accelerating month-end close.
