A native, Workday design-approved integration that synchronises worker data from Workday HCM into EHS Insight, creating and updating Users and Contacts automatically. It carries employee demographics, job roles, supervisory organizations, location and employment-status changes, so incidents, training records, audit findings and corrective actions attach to current workforce data; training completions and certifications recorded in EHS Insight are checked against Workday job profiles. Shipped in the 26.2 release (March 2026).
