About
Xero Integration by Cloudify is a Pipedrive app that turns Pipedrive deals into Xero invoices or quotes and syncs contacts and products between the two. Invoices are created automatically when a deal reaches a chosen pipeline stage, or with one click from the deal, and live Xero invoice status flows back so sales and finance can see what is draft, awaiting payment or paid. A dashboard handles bulk syncs and replays failed ones.

- Customer and product matching rules map Pipedrive organisations and products to existing Xero contacts and items, avoiding duplicate contacts in the ledger.
- Draft invoices can be updated or split from the deal before booking (Professional plan and above).

- Sales and business development staff see live Xero invoice status on the Pipedrive deal, so they know whether a won job has been invoiced and paid without asking accounts.
- An invoice or quote can be raised in Xero with one click from a Pipedrive deal once a pipeline stage is reached.
