Connecteam publishes a Zapier connector with 11 triggers (Clock In, Clock Out, New Form Submission, New/Updated Shift in Scheduler, Task Completed, Task Published, New User, User Updated, User Archived, Manager Field Updated), 23 write actions (Create User, Create Job, Create Job With Sub-Jobs, Create Shift, Update Shift, Delete Shift, Create Task, Create Timesheet Row, Create Time Off Request, Update Form Submission, Update User Custom Fields, Send Message in Channel/Team and more) and 8 search actions. Because it exposes both triggers and write actions, records move in both directions: Connecteam events can start a Zap, and any other Zapier app can create or update Connecteam users, jobs, shifts, tasks and timesheet rows. Authentication is a Zapier API key generated inside the Connecteam account.
