About
AnyWare Apps is a modular business-process suite that extends Sage ERPs with approval workflows, asset and maintenance tracking, quality control and data sync. Built by Kerr Consulting and now published by Cherry Bekaert, it is also the connector layer behind Ramp's Sage integrations, posting corporate-card spend and employee reimbursements into Sage 300 CRE and Sage 100 Contractor already coded to job, cost code and cost category.
How teams use it
By audience
- Accounting & Finance
- Ramp card transactions and employee reimbursements land in Sage 300 CRE and Sage 100 Contractor already coded to job, cost code and cost category, so AP is not re-keying spend at month end.
- Sage's GL accounts, jobs, cost codes, cost categories, extras and companies are pulled into Ramp so spend is coded before export rather than corrected afterwards.
- Adds approval routing and scheduled bank-feed import on Sage ledgers that ship without them, keeping paper approvals out of the close.
- IT & Systems Administration
- Owns the Ramp-to-Sage field mapping and sync schedule as a vendor-run service; AnyWare quotes a four-to-six-week implementation and four weeks of hands-on support after go-live.
- Removes an in-house build against Sage's ERP interfaces — AnyWare covers bugs and breakage caused by Sage version changes at no additional cost.
- Covers a mixed Sage estate from one supplier: the same suite targets Sage Intacct and Sage X3 alongside the construction SKUs.
By phase
- Construction
- Field and office card spend accrues against the job while work is running and reaches the ERP coded to job, cost code and cost category, so job-cost reporting stays current instead of catching up at close.
- The approving project manager is carried on each synced transaction, keeping in-progress job costs attributable to the person who authorised them.
