BULK INSERT / OPENROWSET from Blob Storage and BACPAC export to Blob Storage

⇄Syncs both ways

Azure SQL Database reads files straight out of Azure Blob Storage with the BULK INSERT and OPENROWSET statements, using a database-scoped credential and an external data source that points at the storage container. In the other direction, Azure SQL Database exports a database's schema and data as a BACPAC file into a Blob Storage container, from which it can be imported again. Both run inside Azure with no third-party tool.
