About
Billy is a certificate-of-insurance and vendor compliance platform for construction. It automates COI collection, reads policies with OCR, verifies coverage against each project's requirements in real time and tracks renewals, so general contractors, home builders and owners keep subcontractor compliance current without chasing paperwork. It is sold as a self-service plan or a managed plan staffed by insurance professionals, and integrates deeply with Procore.
