• Bills contracts by flat-line, milestone or percent-complete method, applying retainage and not-to-exceed limits defined per contract.
• Recognises revenue independently of billing, and handles commercial and government contract terms through Advanced Contract Billing.
• Gates AP payment approval on subcontractor insurance compliance when Billy's daily COI sync is in place, so only compliant subs get paid.
• Hands post-payroll employment tax, wage payments, garnishments and ACA reporting to ADP SmartCompliance.

Project Manager

• Tracks original budget, current cost, open commitments, percent complete and projected final cost per job in Project Costing.
• Runs the change-request workflow: requests attach to PCOs and PCOs to change orders, giving an auditable change hierarchy.
• Forecasts remaining job cost from user-defined methods of computation and current or forecast unit rates.
• Supplies committed cost and actuals so budget exposure shows in Procore without accounting rekeying it.

Procurement & Purchasing

• Runs procurement and subcontract management, including subcontract commitments against job cost codes.
• Handles sourcing, buyer workspace, requisition self-service and supplier self-service for direct and indirect spend.
• Holds blanket and agreement terms through Agreement Management so released quantities price consistently.

Human Resources

• Runs HR administration, payroll and self-service HR for the contractor's own workforce.
• Captures Time and Labor so hours cost to the job rather than only to the pay period.
• Feeds post-payroll tax filing, garnishments and ACA reporting out to ADP SmartCompliance.

Safety Management

• Records injuries and illnesses, property and equipment damage, motor-vehicle incidents and incidents with environmental impact.
• Captures near misses and observed unsafe acts through a tablet Report an Incident form usable by any employee.
• Produces OSHA and Bureau of Labor Statistics regulatory reports and calculates incident safety metrics.

IT & Systems Administration

• Owns the tools release, the AIS Server and the upgrade cycle, on-premise or on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Authors integrations as Orchestrator orchestrations and logic extensions against the AIS Server rather than consuming a fixed CRUD API.
• Administers the connector accounts that Calance, Morpheus, Billy, ADP and Workato authenticate through.
