Kroo MCP is added to ChatGPT as a custom connector under Apps & Connectors, pointed at Kroo's public server URL and authorised with OAuth 2.0, after which ChatGPT answers questions against the customer's Kroo data warehouse — listing searchable tables, reading schemas and column metadata, sampling rows and executing queries — under the row-level permissions Kroo enforces. Developer mode has to be switched on first, and in a managed workspace an admin may need to allow it. Two tools also write table and column descriptions back into Kroo's data dictionary; no construction records travel in that direction.
