Kroo indexes SharePoint document libraries so their contents become searchable in Kris. An admin defines a template pointing at a SharePoint site and document library, each user copies that template into their own sources, and Kroo crawls the folder and re-crawls it as files are added, changed or removed. A user can only reach a source's contents if their Microsoft Entra ID account already has access to that SharePoint site, so Kroo grants no access beyond the customer's existing permissions.
