About
Matterport is a 3D spatial data platform that turns scans from its Pro cameras, supported LiDAR scanners and 360° cameras, or a phone, into navigable digital twins of buildings and spaces. Each twin carries measurements, floor plans, tags and notes, and exports point clouds, OBJ files and BIM-ready models for Revit and other design tools. AEC teams use it for existing-conditions capture, progress documentation and handover records, and it connects to Procore, Autodesk Forma and property platforms through its API.
