By phase

Design

• Design partners exchange drawings, specifications and 3D models through the controlled document register
• Revit and 3D model files are viewed in the browser without an additional plug-in, so reviewers need no CAD seat
• Supersession and auto-update transmittals keep every consultant working from the current issued revision

Pre-Construction

• Issues bid invitations and tender packages to delivery partners using documents already in the register
• Tracks which bid recipients opened the invitation and manages responses confidentially with a per-bid audit trail
• Collects supplier documents for review before mobilisation

Construction

• Project correspondence and transmittals run through Aconex Mail with a permanent, threaded audit trail
• Template-based workflows route reviews and approvals across agencies and delivery partners
• Field inspections and issues are raised and assigned against the site area hierarchy
