Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM ↔ Microsoft Entra ID (API-driven provisioning)

HR-driven identity provisioning between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Microsoft Entra ID. Worker records leave Oracle through HCM Extracts, BI Publisher or the Employee ATOM feeds (newhire, empassignment, empupdate, termination), are transformed to SCIM and posted to Microsoft's Entra Inbound Provisioning API, creating and disabling accounts in Entra ID or on-premises Active Directory for joiner / mover / leaver events. Optional writeback sends username, email and phone changes back into Oracle through Oracle's HCM SCIM APIs, so a firm's HR system stays the source of truth for who may open the rest of its software.
