Two connected flows run between Primavera Unifier and Oracle Primavera Cloud. On the schedule side, Primavera Cloud resources and schedule feed Unifier's Activity Sheet and time-phased baseline the same way P6 does, tying Unifier cost codes to the Primavera Cloud work breakdown structure for cash flow, earned value and progress tracking. On the capital-planning side, Unifier synchronises project cash flow forecasts and actuals with Primavera Cloud Portfolio and Capital Planning, so planners budget and allocate funds against live project spend while project managers see budget decisions as they are made rather than after the fact.
