Jobber syncs clients, products and services, and invoices (including their payments) one way into Xero. Jobber is the source of truth — records sync automatically whenever they are created or updated in Jobber, and there is no back-fill of pre-existing data. Jobber Payments refunds are supported; tips and overpayments do not carry across and are reconciled by hand in Xero. A Xero custom field on each Jobber client and invoice holds a link to the matching Xero record plus a sync status.
