About
ALICE Model builds a construction schedule from a 3D BIM model. Teams upload a Revit or Navisworks model and attach means-and-methods "recipes" to its elements. ALICE generates a baseline 4D schedule, then uses AI to explore alternative sequences and resource plans against project constraints. The chosen solution exports to Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or ALICE Optimize.

- GCs turn the design model into a resource-loaded 4D schedule for a bid, without building the schedule by hand first.
- GCs compare model-driven sequencing options on large industrial and infrastructure jobs.
- Owner/Developer
- Owners generate a model-based baseline to check expected duration and cost on capital projects before award.
- Scheduler
- Schedulers link model elements to construction recipes, generate the baseline and run what-if scenarios.
- Schedulers export the preferred solution to P6 XER or Microsoft Project XML for the project's schedule of record.
- BIM Coordinator
- BIM coordinators prepare and upload the Revit or Navisworks model, or a DWG/NWC/IFC export from other authoring tools, and group elements for sequencing.

- Teams generate a 4D baseline schedule straight from the model to support bids and early planning.
- Planners compare model-based sequencing scenarios on a time-versus-cost chart before mobilisation.
- Construction
- Teams re-run scenarios from the model when constraints change, and export the new sequence to the project schedule.
