Owner/Developer

• Owners build a baseline schedule from pre-FEED or FEED data to test expected duration and cost before committing.
• Owners compare contractor bid schedules against their own optimised baseline.

Scheduler

• Schedulers add crew ranges, duration formulas and resource logic to an imported P6 or MSP schedule, then let ALICE search for better sequences.
• Schedulers export the chosen solution back to P6 as XER or XML, with ALICE settings carried in notes and UDFs.

Project Manager

• Project managers compare solutions on a time-versus-cost chart and pick the one that fits the project goal.
• Project managers use the Insights Agent to ask questions about the critical path without reading the Gantt chart.

• Teams import schedules with actual progress, and ALICE re-optimises only the remaining work.
• Schedule Sync reapplies earlier ALICE settings to each new schedule update, so recovery scenarios stay current.
