How Gusto and Ramp exchange data

Ramp pulls the Gusto employee directory so an admin can map and invite people, applies a default spend program to each invited hire, and checks Gusto daily for new hires, departures and role changes. Optional automatic sync carries name, email, department, location and manager changes from Gusto into Ramp.
