About

GoFormz is a mobile forms platform that turns a company's existing paper forms into digital ones for phones, tablets and computers. Field teams complete daily reports, safety checklists, inspections and timesheets online or offline, capturing photos, sketches, GPS, barcodes and signatures, and completed forms and their data route automatically into cloud storage, ERP, CRM and construction platforms such as Procore.
